The venue is a restored 1941 dance hall, transformed into a dramatic and stylish event space with soaring 25-foot ceilings, exposed wood beams, and rich architectural details. The venue sits on over 4.5 acres of beautifully manicured property, including a lush 1.5-acre private park that makes an ideal setting for portraits, first looks, and golden hour magic. One of our favorite spots is the Garden Atrium, a partially covered indoor/outdoor space filled with natural light, brick columns, wrought iron railings, and all the romantic vibes.

This part of the venue is perfect for cocktail hour, but also doubles as a jaw-dropping location for intimate ceremonies or moody, editorial-style portraits.

The Venue Layout: Versatile and Luxurious

Park Loft features two full floors of event space and hosts only one wedding per day, which means you’ll have the entire property to yourselves. From private getting-ready suites (Lyon & Haven), to a dramatic wrap-around mezzanine, grand staircase, and two original fireplaces, this space was designed with photographers and filmmakers in mind.

There’s also a full-service circular bar and multiple lounge areas, giving your guests a luxurious, yet relaxed experience.
